This event cuts the tape on our festival in the setting of our fabulous cookery theatre. As with all Food Festival evening events, it’s drinks on arrival. We’ve teamed up with our friends at Kingsbarns Distillery to toast the festival and St Andrews Wine Company will be on hand to pour the plonk. Mike Lewis from The Adamson will be here to entertain us with some interesting cocktail recipes, which we’ll have for you to try. The evening itself will be presented by Fife-based catering and styling business ‘Lazy Sunday’ who have created a showcase menu of delicious Scottish produce for us. Lazy Sunday owner Carole Fitzgerald will demonstrate the cooking and preparation of some of the key elements of the menu, sharing some of her own culinary adventures, before we dive in.

Starting with a delicious fish soup accompanied by artisan breads from Barnett’s bakery, the main course will feature hearty sharing platters including some very interesting Scottish charcuterie and dessert will be a café gourmand – shot of espresso coffee served alongside a trio of Fife raspberry desserts.

With an opportunity to win some fine dining prizes, there is no doubt that this will be a foodies delight and a wonderful opportunity to engage with Lazy Sunday and their ethos of relaxed and informal dining that has become their signature style.
